Refunds (100%):

Refunds (100%) are available in the following conditions:

  • Any defective products (including manufacturing defect, ripped or missing parts) are fully refundable subject to return within seven (07) working days of the receipt, pls make sure it should not be worn, damaged, resized, engraved or altered
  • Products were damaged en-route to the delivery from origin to your doorstep
  • Products are lost and did not reach to the customer
  • Refunds on the purchases made with the credit card will only be credited to the same card
IMPORTANT NOTE:

If any discount /promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, no refund/credit will be provided for the value of discount. The customer will be eligible only for actual value paid for the purchase.

No refunds are available in the following conditions:

No refunds will be entertained in the following cases;

  • The deals, products and services are perfectly delivered as advertised
  • Change of mind, lame excuses, reasons as not justified
  • Choices made regarding color, size, or brand are final and no refunds will be given based on these attributes, however, it can be exchanged subject to availability of the choice.
  • Allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your account at the payment site
  • Unauthorized permissions to access your account / purchases
  • The customer failed to provide the original receipts and personal identity
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear
  • Products returned for personal reasons and unrelated to product performance
  • Return/Refund does not apply to Laptops, Printers, Mobile Phones, Digital Cameras, SLRs, Action Cameras, Personal Care, Hygienic products, Magazines and Books if the product is not in sealed condition.
  • Digital Cards which are sent to the customers in activation codes cannot be returned or refunded
  • Returns/refunds on supplier delivered large products such as Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Cooking Ranges, DishWashers, Cooking Hobs & Hoods, TVs, Sports & Fitness equipment etc. cannot be accepted if the packs are opened. Please make sure with the delivery team before unpacking
  • Returns/refunds on Supplier delivered products, Major Appliances, TV’s, etc. products will be exchanged or refunded based on manufacturer’s authorized service center’s technical verification report and approval
  • Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once performed
  • Violating the defined policies, rules, terms and conditions

  • Original online order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and free gifts. For a pickup service, delivery charges may apply (except 100% refund policy applicable)
